Last updated: July 1, 2026

My School Uniforms (“MSU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a uniform program managed by Ad It Up, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website, place an order through a school’s uniform store, or otherwise interact with us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

We collect information you give us directly, including:

  • Contact details, such as name, email address, phone number, and mailing or shipping address
  • Order information, such as sizes, quantities, colors, and product selections
  • Student or child information provided by a parent, guardian, or school, such as grade level or school affiliation, when needed to fulfill a uniform order
  • Payment information, processed securely through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers)
  • Messages you send us through contact forms, email, or phone
  • Information submitted by school administrators when setting up or managing a school’s uniform program

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring website
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4 below)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill uniform orders, including production, embroidery, and shipping
  • Communicate with you about your order, including confirmations, production updates, and shipping notifications
  • Set up and manage a school’s private uniform store
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Improve our website, products, and services
  • Send occasional updates about a school’s uniform program, when relevant
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. How We Share Information

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to outside companies. All embroidery, screen print, DTF, and patch production is performed in-house by Ad It Up, LLC, the parent company of My School Uniforms, so your order never has to leave our hands to be produced.

The only information we share outside of MSU is the minimum necessary to complete your order or comply with the law, limited to:

  • Payment processors, to securely process payments made directly to MSU
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver orders directly to families
  • The partnering school, limited to order and program information reasonably needed to administer the school’s uniform program
  • Service providers who support our website and hosting under confidentiality obligations
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others
We do not share student or family information with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not send your information outside of our company to get your order produced.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some site features.

5. Children's Privacy

My School Uniforms is designed for use by parents, guardians, and school administrators, not by children directly. Any information we collect about a student is provided to us by a parent, guardian, or school, and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling that student’s uniform order. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, maintain school program records, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.
