These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the My School Uniforms website and any uniform program store operated through it (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Ad It Up, LLC (“MSU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
My School Uniforms is a managed uniform program division of Ad It Up, LLC, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We partner with charter, Christian, Catholic, private, and daycare/preschool programs to provide dedicated uniform stores for their families, with production, fulfillment, and shipping handled in-house.
2. Program Terms
When we partner with a school, the following terms apply to the program unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- No setup fee, no monthly fee, and no contract required of the school
- Orders are placed and paid for by parents or guardians directly through the school’s dedicated uniform store
- Products ship directly to families
3. Orders and Payment
All orders placed through a school’s uniform store are made directly with MSU. Payment is due at the time of order and is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, though we will always honor the price shown at the time your order is placed.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (sizing, quantities, personalization details, and shipping address) is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or errors resulting from inaccurate information provided at checkout.
4. Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping of $8.95 per order, with free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary based on order volume, product availability, and carrier delays. Production and fulfillment timelines depend on the fulfillment model selected for the program (ready to ship, hybrid, or made to order), and we will communicate expected turnaround as part of the ordering process.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Because many items are produced to order or personalized with embroidery or patches, return and exchange policies may vary by product and program. Sizing exchanges are generally available; please contact us as soon as possible if an item does not fit so we can help resolve it. Personalized or custom-embroidered items may not be eligible for return unless defective or misprinted.
6. Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability accurate, but items may occasionally become unavailable or discontinued. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, refund, or alternate solution.
7. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by anyone else. You may not:
- Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of it
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the site
- Use automated systems to extract data from the site without our prior written consent
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, product designs, and text, is the property of Ad It Up, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. School logos, mascots, and marks used on uniform products are used under authorization from the applicable school for the purpose of producing that school’s uniform program.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to ensure accurate product information and reliable service, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the products offered, except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad It Up, LLC and My School Uniforms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal or operational reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
